So I'd assume it'd be a solid business decision to bring an extra few hundred people to their casino everyday via poker. So I'm assuming they would get poker tables and get everyone from Lake County, parts of Cook County and the Northside of Chicago as well as everyone in the Racine/Kenosha area and the Milwaukee metropolitan area. Since Illinois has no poker room worth a damn and Kenosha is as central as one could get between Milwaukee and Chicago without being in Illinois, it makes sense they'd open up a badass poker room there.
Definitely not sure, but the regulations on having poker rooms in Wisconsin (gaming station=table) are much more passive than Illinois (gaming station=each chair at poker table).
